Simply complete the web form, print and mail the printable form, OR send an e-mail to homeplate@wustl.edu .
If you opt to send an e-mail, please include your contact information, year in school, major, interests, names of friends with whom you would like to be assigned, and any other information you would like us to consider when matching you with a host family.
